The April 16-18, 2009 National Meeting of the Foundation Repair Association has been called a near-perfect event, pulled together by the Board od Directors. Ray Meinhardt with GeoTest Services did a bang-up job doing more than a fair share of putting together the classes and speakers as well as the vendors and sponsors.

We want to thank all our speakers, vendors and sponsors for your endless support and time. As the economy suffers, we know it is increasingly difficult for you to free up time and energy for our organization; your participation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

It has been said that one of the greatest benefits of our annual meetings is the fellowship with our members. “I always look forward to seeing people that I may not see for a year. This is one of the things that make this organization so beneficial” said W. Tom Witherspoon, PhD, PE, CFRS. Others were complimentary about the Thursday evening events (allowing attemdees to gather and fellowship with the ability to relax and enjoy) and about the seminar as a whole, where they and their employees were able to learn a lot.

Remember FRA meetings are not restricted to members only; they are open to anyone interested. The 2010 National Meeting has been scheduled for April 22-24 in Dallas, Texas.
