Exhibitor Booths

• Six-Foot (6’) Table With 2 Chairs. If additional exhibitor attendees are added on, one chair per additional attendee is included.
• 6′ Table Cloth
• Exhibitors will be allowed to choose their booth space before the conference, and spaces will be marked upon your arrival with your company name. Sponsors will be allowed to choose their spaces first. Once that is complete exhibitors will be allowed to choose their booth space based on the date that you signed their exhibitor contract. You will be contacted by the executive secretary to secure your choice of booth spaces.
