Exhibitor Booths
- Six-Foot (6’) Table With 2 Chairs. If additional exhibitor attendees are added on, one chair per additional attendee is included.
- 6′ Table Cloth
- Exhibitors will be allowed to choose their booth space before the conference, and spaces will be marked upon your arrival with your company name. Sponsors will be allowed to choose their spaces first. Once that is complete exhibitors will be allowed to choose their booth space based on the date that you signed their exhibitor contract. You will be contacted by the executive secretary to secure your choice of booth spaces.
Please note that after signing the contract you will receive an invoice for the first half which must be paid no later than February 1, 2026. The second half will be billed to be paid no later than May 1, 2026. For those who wish to pay in full before the end of the calendar year for tax purposes, please feel free to pay the entire balance. Refund policy is as follows: 75% refund if cancelled before February 15th, 2026. 50% refund if cancelled before April 1st, 2026. No refund will be given at a cancellation of April 1st, 2026 or later.
